Welcome to SkoolSprout (the “Platform”), accessible at https://skoolsprout.com, owned and operated by Digital Maven 360 Enterprise (CT0154738-X) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), registered in Malaysia. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering on SkoolSprout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Services Provided

SkoolSprout operates as an online directory platform that allows schools, learning centres, and related educational providers (“Businesses”) to:

  • Create or claim their business listings.

  • Purchase promotional services such as Featured Plans.

  • Publish events, updates, and other educational information.

  • Collect and respond to user reviews.

3. Featured Plan

  1. Businesses may subscribe to a Featured Plan for enhanced visibility, including but not limited to: highlighted listings, priority placement in search results, and promotional features.

  2. Subscription fees for Featured Plans are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  3. The Company reserves the right to adjust the scope and pricing of Featured Plans at any time with prior notice.

  4. Featured listings must comply with all applicable laws and our content guidelines. Any violations may result in removal without refund.

4. Claiming a Business

  1. Business owners may claim their listings by clicking the “Claim Business” button on their profile page and completing the claim form.

  2. The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation (e.g., business registration certificate, proof of ownership, or authorization letter) to verify claims.

  3. Falsely claiming a business is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action.

5. Verification Method

  1. Verification of claimed businesses may involve:

    • Document submission,

    • Email or phone verification, or

    • Direct communication with the owner.

  2. Verified businesses will be marked with a “Verified” badge for transparency.

  3. Verification is at the discretion of the Company, and we reserve the right to deny verification if requirements are not met.

6. Reviews and Ratings

  1. Users may submit reviews and ratings based on their genuine experiences with businesses listed on SkoolSprout.

  2. Reviews must not contain offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or false content.

  3. The Company reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

  4. Business owners may respond to reviews but must do so in a professional and respectful manner.

  5. Reviews represent the opinions of users and not the Company. The Company is not liable for any consequences arising from user-submitted reviews.

7. Events

  1. Businesses may publish events (e.g., open days, seminars, workshops) through the Platform.

  2. Event submissions must be accurate, lawful, and relevant to education.

  3. The Company reserves the right to edit or remove events that are misleading, inappropriate, or violate these Terms.

  4. Users are responsible for confirming event details directly with the organizer. The Company is not responsible for cancellations, inaccuracies, or changes to event information.

8. User Responsibilities

  1. Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts, submitting reviews, or claiming businesses.

  2. Users shall not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or the dissemination of inappropriate content.

  3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

9. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, design, logos, and materials on SkoolSprout are the property of Digital Maven 360 Enterprise (CT0154738-X) unless otherwise stated.

  2. Users and businesses may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of listings, or the outcome of using Featured Plans.

  2. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Platform.

11. Modifications

The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
